NORTHWESTERN BROWN, SOUTHEASTERN WARREN, SOUTHERN FAYETTE, CLINTON, 
HIGHLAND AND NORTHWESTERN ROSS COUNTIES THROUGH 1230 PM EDT...

At 1143 AM EDT, strong wind gusts along a line extending from 
Jeffersonville to near Morrow, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Winds will occur ahead of precipitation.

Washington Court House, Wilmington, Loveland, Hillsboro, Greenfield,
Blanchester, Mount Orab, Sabina, Lynchburg, Leesburg, New Vienna,
