and northeastern Calhoun Counties in the Panhandle of Florida,
northwestern Gadsden and northwestern Liberty Counties in Big Bend of
Florida through 500 PM EDT/400 PM CDT/...

At 417 PM EDT/317 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm near Blountstown, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
