...Areas of Fog Across Portions of Northern Iowa Again This
Morning...

Areas of fog have developed recently across northern Iowa and this
fog is likely to expand through sunrise. Visibilities below one
mile are expected in the fog area with locally dense fog having 
visibilities of less than one quarter mile. Conditions are
expected to improve after sunrise as temperatures begin to warm.
If traveling this morning in foggy areas, slow down and be 
prepared for rapid changes in visibility.
