AND NORTHEASTERN NOBLE COUNTIES THROUGH 845 AM EDT...

At 747 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles southeast of Newcomerstown to 6 miles
southeast of Byesville. Movement was southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Barnesville, Woodsfield, Freeport, Newcomerstown, Byesville,
Bethesda, Antrim, Flushing, Port Washington, Quaker City,
Senecaville, and Belmont.

This includes the following highways...
  Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 182 and 211.
  Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 37 and 42, and between 
  mile markers 54 and 72.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
