...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southeastern Seneca,
northern Schuyler, eastern Yates, Cayuga, northwestern Cortland,
southern Onondaga, north central Steuben and northern Tompkins
Counties through 545 PM EDT...

At 508 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Throopsville to Romulus to Branchport. Movement
was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Syracuse, Auburn, Pompey, Penn Yan, Hector, Romulus, Fayette, Owasco,
Sennett and Starkey.

This includes the following highway exits...
 New York Interstate 81 between 13 and 15, and near 16.
