* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20
  nm...
  Outer waters from Cape May NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20 to 40
  nm...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 300 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Indian
  River Inlet Bridge to near Fenwick Island, moving northeast at 35
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small 
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Buoy 2ms and Indian River Inlet
  Bridge.
