The morning will start with mostly clear skies, with increasing 
clouds this afternoon. High temperatures this afternoon will range 
from the 50s over parts of northwest MN near the International 
Border to near 70 in the southern Red River Valley of ND and MN. 
Winds during the day will tend to be from the north 10 to 15 mph, 
with occasional gusts around 20 mph. There are a few shots for 
lighter rain showers or even a few thunderstorms Tuesday into 
Wednesday for parts of the region, but much better chances for rain 
and thunderstorms arrive Thursday and Friday.
