Through 5 PM, isolated thunderstorms will continue to develop near
the New Mexico state line and move northeast at 25 mph. Areas
mainly along and west of a line from Dimmitt to Morton to Plains
can expect the brunt of this activity. Gusty winds to 45 mph,
brief downpours, and small hail will be possible with a few of
these storms. Sufficient instability may allow for some of these 
storms to become severe with time.
