  Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM...
  Mississippi Sound...
  North Mobile Bay...
  Perdido Bay Area...
  South Mobile Bay...
  Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 415 AM CDT.

* At 247 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 32 nm west of
  Pinto Island to 20 nm northwest of Grand Bay to 7 nm west of
  Pascagoula to near Horn Island, moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Arnica Bay, Gaillard Island, Big Lagoon, East Fowl River Bridge,
  Sand Island Lighthouse, Bon Secour Bay, Farewell Buoy, Middle Bay
