.DISCUSSION...
A storm system passing over southeastern Washington will bring 
thickening clouds today to the burn area along with a small threat 
for light precipitation in the afternoon/evening.  Any precipitation 
is expected to remain very light with low chances for wetting rains.  
Be cautious of a wind shift late today. Winds will be from the 
northeast through much of the day then shift to the southwest between 
1600-1700 pdt.

                    late afternoon.
