...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM THURSDAY FOR LOW
HUMIDITIES AND HIGH WINDS FOR GUAM...

* WIND...East-northeast at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph 
  during the afternoons. Red Flag conditions not expected during 
  the night time hours. 

* HUMIDITY...As low as 55 to 65%

* HIGHEST THREAT...Southern part of Guam, mainly along and south
  of the Cross Island Road. 

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures will
create ideal conditions for rapid spread of wildfires.
