.DAY ONE...Through Tonight...

.Winter Weather...

Wintry precipitation is possible Thursday evening in northern 
Oklahoma. Precipitation is expected to transition from a 
drizzle/freezing drizzle mix before transitioning fully into snow.
Light ice and snow accumulations are expected through tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday...

.Winter Weather...

Widespread wintry precipitation is expected Friday across 
Oklahoma and western north Texas. While there could be periods of 
freezing rain/freezing drizzle, most of the wintry precipitation 
is expected to be in the form of snow north of I-40. Widespread 
accumulations of 1 to 2 inches and a glaze of ice appear possible 
north of I-40, with higher snowfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches 
possible across northern Oklahoma. South of I-40 the primary 
concern is ice, with up to 0.1 inch accumulations and snow 
accumulations ranging from a dusting to 1 inch expected. Travel 
conditions are expected to be impacted, and a Winter Weather 
Advisory has been issued. 

Also during this time frame, strong northerly winds and cold air 
will create wind chill values in the single digits Friday morning.

.Fire Weather...
Warm, dry, and windy weather will lead to increased fire danger 
this weekend into early next week across western Oklahoma and 
western north Texas.
