River Valley this afternoon. Elsewhere, light afternoon breezes
and dry conditions expected through the weekend with afternoon
temperatures around 10 degrees warmer than seasonal averages.
Minimum RH values will dip to critical levels for a couple of
hours each afternoon through Monday for the Mojave and Sonoran
Deserts.
