...FLOOD ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for a portion of Puerto Rico, 
including the following , Carolina, San Juan and Trujillo Alto.

The threat for widespread flooding has increased for San Juan, and
the Flood Advisory has been replaced by a Flash Flood Warning. 
Please refer to that bulletin for more information.

For Carolina, another Flood Advisory will be issued due moderate
rains affecting the area. Although light rains continue to affect
Trujillo Alto, the threat for flooding has diminished.
