Areas of freezing fog, locally dense, will persist through the
morning around the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas, as well as
Newport, Oldtown, and Usk. This includes portions of Interstate
90, as well as Highway 2 between Davenport and Airway Heights. 
Visibility may suddenly be reduced to a quarter mile or less with
locally slick roadways. Drivers should exercise caution while 
traveling this morning.
