Through your Wednesday afternoon, northwest winds will be breezy, 
which will likely result in continued drifting snow across roads, 
especially in open country. In addition, expect very cold wind 
chills right on into Thursday. Tonight shall be frigid, with bone 
tingling wind chills, but on Friday the mercury will climb into the 
20s, dutifully accompanied by the next chance of light snow.
