* WHAT...A quick burst of snow and blowing snow expected this
  afternoon. Blowing snow lingering into this evening. Total snow
  accumulations around 1 inch. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and west central Nebraska.

* WHEN...From 1 PM CST /noon MST/ this afternoon to 9 PM CST /8 
  PM MST/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Snow and blowing snow will create very low visibility
  and poor driving conditions. Roads may become slippery. The
  hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very strong winds could cause extensive
  tree damage.
