* WHAT...West winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph 
  expected.

* WHERE...Cass, St. Joseph, Branch and Hillsdale Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects like
  holiday decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few
  power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The winds will also be accompanied by lake
  effect snow showers which may cause reduced visibilities and a
  few slick spots on the roads by late afternoon as temperatures 
  drop into the 20s.
