.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
stall across the southern waters tonight and become diffuse, then
dissipate Mon. A weak area of low pressure will pass just NW and
N of the waters tonight into Mon. A strong area of low pressure
will pass well NW of the area Mon night into Tue night. The
associated warm front will pass NE through the waters Mon night
into Tue. A strong cold front will approach from the NW Tue night
while weakening, then pass S across the waters Wed into early Thu
while continuing to weaken. High pressure will build in from the
W behind the front Wed night into Fri night.
