The weak Santa Ana wind pattern will stick around for much of the next week
as high pressure dominates the southwestern United States. This will lead to
periods of north and east winds with maximum surface gusts near 20 MPH. 
Relative humidity will dip down to 15 percent each day with poor overnight
recoveries near 20-30 percent.
