  Vermilion to Avon Point OH beyond 5 nm off shoreline to 
  US-Canadian border...

At 1054 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of showers associated 
with lake effect band of clouds , capable of producing isolated 
waterspouts. Several funnels have been reported offshore of Lakewood 
this morning. These showers were located along a line extending from 
10 nm north of Lorain Harbor to near Cleveland. The showers were 
nearly stationary.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
