The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Callahan County in west central Texas...
  Northern Coleman County in west central Texas...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 318 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
  thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 
  and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional heavy rainfall will 
  cause flooding of small streams and low water crossings.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Clyde, Baird, Cross Plains, Novice, Putnam, Rowden, Eula, Oplin, 
  Dudley, Atwell, Silver Valley, Admiral, Lake Coleman, Us-283 Near 
  The Coleman-Callahan County Line and I-20 Near The 
  Callahan-Eastland County Line.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
