Through 430 am, a broken line of showers and isolated thunderstorms
extends from west of the Dry Tortugas to near Rebecca Shoal Light. 
These showers and storms will move west southwest at near 10 knots. 
Mariners encountering this activity can expect wind gusts near 25 
knots, moderate to heavy rainfall, resulting in visibilities less 
than 3 miles, and bouts of frequent lightning. Stronger activity 
will be capable of wind gusts of 25 to 30 knots.
