...A SHOWER OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Lake Ontario from Selkirk Beach to Stony Point...

At 800 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of lake effect 
showers, capable of producing waterspouts. These showers were 
located over Southwick Beach, or 14 nm north of Mexico Bay, moving 
east at 30 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Southwick Beach, Stony Point, North Pond, Henderson Harbor, Westcott
Beach and Sandy Island Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Showers can produce waterspouts with little or no advance warning. 
Seek safe harbor if a waterspout is spotted.
