Through 230 pm, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will 
move into and across the eastern Florida Straits and Gulf waters. 
These showers are moving to the north northwest at near 15 knots. 
Mariners encountering this activity can expect moderate to heavy 
downpours, visibility reduced to less than 3 miles, wind gusts up to
20 to 25 knots, and a few cloud to surface lightning strikes. Also, 
thunderstorm winds from Cuban storms will move across the Lower and 
Middle Keys and their nearshore waters to the north northwest at 
around 20 to 25 knots. Mariners encountering this feature may see 
winds gusting to near 25 knots.
