.DISCUSSION...

Fog the last few night has been mainly confined to rivers and
lakes, but it could be a little more extensive tonight. Dewpoints
have risen into the 60s across the area, higher than the last few
nights. Models depict greater fog coverage across the Valley as
well. The forecast of patchy fog for most of the area looks
reasonable. The update will adjust temperatures downward and
dewpoints upward based on the latest obs, and forecast lows will
be lowered a degrees or two in a few spots.

06Z TAF DISCUSSION.

Mostly VFR through this taf cycle as high pressure prevails,
however am expecting some patchy fog this morning at TRI with
restrictions in the IFR/LIFR range. As for CHA/TYS, guidance is 
less aggressive at the former thus no mention in taf, but did 
favor a tempo for MVFR fog at the later. All fog should erode 
after sunrise with low VFR cu beneath high cirrus for the 
remainder of the day amidst light sly/vrb winds.
