...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM MST THIS EVENING FOR 
COCONINO COUNTY...

At 558 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has moved east of 
the area. Earlier heavy rain is expected to cause minor flooding in 
the advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  The Gap and Navajo Reservation.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
  Tatahatso Wash, Billy Goat Wash, Bekihatso Wash, Leche-e Wash, 
  Hamblin Wash, Dry Wash, Sheep Wash and Tanner Wash.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the 
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will 
become muddy and impassable. Paved roads and underpasses could 
become flooded as well.

Report any flooding to local law enforcement and the NWS Flagstaff 
when you can do so safely.
