The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Northwestern Wise County in north central Texas...

* Until 130 PM CDT.

* At 1126 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
  thunderstorms. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas will 
  experience minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 
  inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Alvord and Chico.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
