Northeastern Terry County in northwestern Texas... * Until 200 AM CDT. * At 1155 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to slowly moving thunderstorms that continue to move over areas that have recently received heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing in the typical low spots across this warned area along with ponding of water on roadways. Up to 2.25 inches of rain have fallen. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
