CONCERNING TAF SITES KTUL/KRVS/KBVO/KMLC/KXNA/KFYV/KFSM/KROG.
Patchy fog will reduce visibilities to around a 1/2 mile early
this morning across parts of northwest AR. Otherwise, expect
hazy conditions for all locations through the day. Isolated 
showers/storms will be possible across southeast OK and
northwest AR this afternoon, although coverage will be minimal.

DISCUSSION...
Below normal temperatures to continue today, along with low pops 
SE OK/NW AR this afternoon. High amplitude upper level pattern in 
place will continue to allow for smoke to filter across the area
today, resulting in hazy conditions. Upper pattern to begins to 
flatten some around Thursday, with improvement to visibilites
likely at that time. Upper level trough to move northwest to
southeast Thursday and Friday, but will leave PoPs at this time.
Once the wave departs, mid level heights will rise and temperatures
late in the week and over the weekend will increase along with 
higher humidity. Hot conditions will continue into next week as 
the uppe ridge remains in control over the plains.
