* At 1022 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Oriskany
  Reef, or 19 nm southeast of Pensacola Pass, moving southwest at 15
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
