...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN ADDISON...
NORTHEASTERN RUTLAND AND CENTRAL WINDSOR COUNTIES...

At 825 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Chittenden,
moving east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm, in addition 
to dangerous cloud to ground lightning. 

Locations impacted include...
Woodstock, Rutland, White River Junction, Hartland Four Corners,
Killington, Rutland City, Rutland - Southern Vermont Airport,
Pomfret, Poultney, Plymouth, Hartland, Chittenden, Clarendon, West
Rutland, Ira, Barnard, Windsor, Woodstock Village, Sharon and
Shrewsbury.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
