* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas 
  for...
  Southwestern Collin County in north central Texas...
  Dallas County in north central Texas...
  Southeastern Denton County in north central Texas...
  Southeastern Tarrant County in north central Texas...

* Until 745 PM CDT.

* At 447 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
  thunderstorms. This will likely cause urban and small stream 
  flooding. The storms are producing between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  in one hour which will likely lead to ponding on roadways during 
  the afternoon commute.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Dallas, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, 
  Mesquite, McKinney, Carrollton, Frisco, Richardson, Lewisville, 
  Allen, Flower Mound, Mansfield, Rowlett, Euless, and Desoto.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
