...SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT...

At 619 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Bordelonville. This storm was nearly stationary.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
this storm. Brief funnel clouds may be possible as well.

Locations impacted include...
Simmesport, Moreauville, Bordelonville, Plaucheville, Brouillette,
Big Bend, Lake Ophelia National Wildlife Refuge and Hamburg.
