* Flood Warning for...
  East Central Livingston County in western New York...
  Western Ontario County in western New York...

* Until 815 PM EDT.

* At 515 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding and 
  numerous road closures in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Canandaigua, Victor, Bristol, Bloomfield, Honeoye, Hemlock, 
  Farmington, East Bloomfield, Manchester, Canadice, Holcomb, 
  Bristol Mountain and Cheshire.

Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
