* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas
  for...
  Central Wyandotte County in northeastern Kansas...
  Northeastern Johnson County in east central Kansas...
  West central Jackson County in west central Missouri...

* Until 700 PM CDT.

* At 401 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in 
  the advisory area. One to two inches of rain has already fallen 
  and another one to two inches is possible.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Overland Park, Independence, Shawnee, Raytown, Merriam, Mission,
  Edwardsville, Fairway, Mission Hills, Sugar Creek, Westwood, Lake
  Quivira, Kansas City Kansas, Kansas City, Westwood Hills, Mission
  Woods, Countryside, Roeland Park, Holliday and Muncie.
