...A cluster of strong thunderstorms will affect Coastal waters from 
Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL out 20 NM... Waters from 
Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to 60 NM... 
Until 1030 AM CDT....

At 833 AM CDT...A cluster of strong thunderstorms was located 29 nm 
south of Panama City Beach...moving west at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Okaloosa Deep Water Reef.

The primary threats from these storms are wind gusts up to 30 
knots... locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should 
consider seeking safe harbor until this storm has passed.

Frequent lightning is also occurring with these storms. If caught on 
the open water stay below deck if possible and keep away from metal 
objects.

These storms may continue to intensify and a warning may soon be 
needed. Please continue to monitor local radio or TV for further
