.DISCUSSION...Critical fire weather conditions are expected in
parts of northwest Arizona today due to gusty afternoon winds, low
RH and dry fuels. Mid-high level moisture will continue to stream
into the area thorugh Wednesday. The moisture along with 
increasing instability could result in areas where isolated 
showers and thunderstorms develop tonight and Wednesday. Dry 
lightning is a concern...especially where more shallow moisture is
forecast with initial convection. No fire weather headlines are out
to address the dry lightning threat on Wednesday but will be under 
consideration later today.
