conditions and low RH's. The upper ridge will move east tonight
with a southwest flow behind it as an upper trough moves into the
region. Winds will be mostly light today and tonight, and then
winds will increase slightly on Tuesday as the upper trough moves
across the region. It will continue to be hot and dry with low
RH's on Tuesday.
