.DISCUSSION...Today and tonight...Warm and dry southwest flow will
increase today and lead to elevated fire danger by the afternoon 
with low humidities and gusty southerly winds on the plains. There
will be a Red Flag warning for Thursday afternoon and evening for
fire weather zone 217 as trees have low fuel moisture above 8000 
feet. Elsewhere, there is good green up so no red flag warnings 
will be needed. 

LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Friday through Monday...It will be cooler
Friday behind a cold front, however a very dry airmass will allow
relative humidities to fall into the teens. It heats back up for
the weekend and early next week as high pressure aloft forms over
the Central Rockies. This will bring low relative humidities each
day. Gusty southeast winds will be possible at times over the 
eastern plains, otherwise winds will be generally light. Chances
for showers and thunderstorms will be very low and mainly east of
I-25 Sunday and Monday.
