The Flood Warning continues for
  the Rowlett Creek Near Sachse.
* Until late tonight.
* At 2:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 22.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this afternoon to a crest just above 24 feet late this afternoon. 
  It will then fall below flood stage this evening.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, Minor flooding along the creek is expected.
