* Flood Warning for
  the Rowlett Creek Near Sachse.
* Until late tonight.
* At 12:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 16.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  afternoon to a crest of near 25 feet this afternoon. It will then 
  fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, Minor flooding along the creek is expected.
