.DISCUSSION...The cold front that passed through yesterday will continue
to bring unstable conditions to eastern Idaho. Thunderstorms are
expected again this afternoon. Stronger general wind above will also 
be able to reach the surface thanks to this unstable air, and look
for wind outside of thunderstorms to be strong. The wind will stay
elevated overnight, and another breezy to windy day on Sunday. 
Temperatures will be cooling, but the very dry air means afternoon 
humidity will drop strongly.
