At 952 PM CDT/852 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles east of Eunice to 7
miles south of Jal to 10 miles south of Mentone. Movement was
northeast at 25 mph.

Pea size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Kermit, Eunice, Jal, Wink, Mentone, Barstow, Pyote, Jal Airport,
Eunice Airport, Bennett, Frankel City and Winkler County Airport.

This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 49 and 71.
 
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT/1000
PM MDT/ for western Texas.
