...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 PM CDT THIS EVENING 
FOR SOUTHEASTERN POTTER AND NORTH CENTRAL RANDALL COUNTIES...

At 820 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory 
area. I-40 service roads have 6 inches of water.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Amarillo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
