.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front over the southern
waters will dissipate today. Strong high pressure will build W of
the northern waters today, then persist through Mon night. A low
pressure trough along the California coast today will slowly
strengthen and extend N tonight through Sun night, then persist
through Mon night. Both the high and the trough will begin to
weaken Tue and Tue night as a weak cold front approaches the
northern waters.
