New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Weak high pressure over the
waters early today will shift E of the area this afternoon. A
complex low pressure system S of the waters early today will move
NE and strengthen later today, pass just SE of the area tonight,
and continue to strengthen to the E and NE of the waters Sat into
Sat night as a secondary low forms and passes S and then SE of
the area. A high pressure ridge will build E across the waters
Sun, then shift E of the region Sun night. Low pressure will
approach the New England coast later Sun night, then track NE
across the waters Mon while pulling a series of strong fronts
across the area. A low pressure trough will cross the waters Mon
night followed by the next cold front approaching the coast Tue.
The cold front will move SE over the water Tue night as strong
high pressure builds E from the Great Lakes.
