Straits of Florida 20 to 60 nm south and west of the Lower Keys. The 
activity is moving generally to the southeast at near 20 knots. 
Mariners encountering the stronger activity can expect wind gusts 
near 30 knots and brief heavy downpours reducing visibility to less 
then three miles.
