...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 
345 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING FOR BOSQUE AND NORTHWESTERN HILL 
COUNTIES...

At 221 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. 
Areas that are low lying or poor drainage areas will experience 
minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have 
fallen.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Whitney, Itasca, Meridian, Blum, Iredell, Cranfills Gap, 
  Covington, Carl's Corner, Meridian State Park, Walnut Springs and 
  Morgan.

Additional rainfall of 0.5 inches is expected over the area. This 
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or 
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
