Those winds will persist through Thursday evening. Otherwise,
rain is forecast to spread across the area early Thursday morning
and dissipate Thursday night. Scattered showers will continue 
Friday and Saturday, followed by dry weather during Sunday. 
Additional light rainfall will be possible Monday.
